Who Is ALC Agent Services?
ALC Agent Services is an Independent Business Owned and operated by Jamie London-Clay.
ALC Agent Services offers administrative services, support, resources, tools, etc., to help agents become successful working from home using the Arise platform.
A fee of $39.50 per month is charged for the administrative services ALC Agent Services provides for the agent to be paid from the clients they serve.

WHAT ARE SERVICE PARTNERS?
Service Partners sign up to use the Arise® Platform by registering their business – either as an incorporated entity or as a sole proprietor – or by joining a call center business already using the Arise® Platform.
Once registered, Service Partners then review and select the client opportunity that works best for them and take a certification course that will prepare them to provide customer support for that client.
Upon completing the certification course, Service Partners sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity. Each SOW is generally three months long.
When using the platform, you are your own boss. You are not an employee of Arise, the client(s) you service, or ALC Agent Services.
The Arise service fee of $39.50 per month is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and Star Matic® scheduling system.
THE TYPES OF BUSINESS YOU CAN CREATE USING THE ARISE PLATFORM!
- Go big and hire a team of agents to build your business.
- Keeping it simple, working with just friends and family
- You can go at it on your own as a “solopreneur.”
- Or work as an independent contractor with another IBO.
A little over a year ago, Arise added another option for individuals to join their platform before a person could only enter the Arise platform by becoming an agent under an Arise IBO or starting a virtual call center business (Arise IBO).
Now, there’s another option—sole proprietor. Individuals can join the Arise platform as sole proprietors with just their SSNs.
This means they’re not working under an Arise IBO, but they also don’t have their own business to recruit agents for their business.

Training is free! Unless you don’t show up. You are charged a no-show fee of $20.
These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service and the program’s requirements.
